As our President and CEO, Rob’s mandate is to keep Coreio synonymous with excellent client service, and to lead the evolution of our Client Delivery business. To help enable Coreio to continue to compete in an ever-changing landscape of IT service providers, Rob leverages 22 years of corporate and consultative IT experience and a passion for exceeding clients’ expectations.
Rob joined Coreio after spending 14 years building his career at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). While at RBC, Rob delivered several significant transformational IT initiatives across a wide variety of platforms including, most recently, the global migration to Windows 7 for 120,000 computer assets, Desktop Virtualization and Employee Mobility (BYOD). Rob was proud to be the Executive Chair of the Women in Technology & Operations Employee Resource Group at RBC, supporting the career development of women at the organization, as well as the former chair of the Green IT committee. He remains committed to mentoring and coaching.
Rob holds an MA in Urban Planning from Wayne State University and a BA in Geography from the University of Western Ontario. He has also completed the Executive Development Program at Queens University. A strong believer in the importance of community and charity, he is an active fundraiser for United Way, Jewish National Fund (JNF), Baycrest Hospital and One Family Fund.
In his downtime, Rob is a veteran of eleven marathons, including twice running the Boston Marathon, and loves to vacation in the wilderness of Northern Canada. He lives in Toronto with his wife and two daughters.

As Chief Operating Officer, Steve leads a team that develops and delivers leading edge tooling and enablement solutions, especially leveraging ServiceNow. Steve and his team drive compelling business transformation initiatives from strategic inception through to process/technology implementation.
Prior to joining Coreio in late 2016, Steve spent the prior 18 years in various senior Infrastructure and Operations roles, primarily at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). He is an expert in advising Senior Management in Strategic Implementation, Automation Opportunities, Lean Six Sigma, Asset Management & SACM Methodologies and ITIL Best Practices. While at RBC, Steve deployed ServiceNow for Service Request and Asset Management, with over 800 catalogue items for more than 100,000 employees.
Steve is a past winner of the RBC Leo Award Winner (2016) – the highest honor an RBC employee can receive as part of their performance program.
Steve lives in Mississauga, and is married with three children.

Dave is Coreio’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our sales and marketing endeavors. With a career spanning 25 dynamic years, Dave has transitioned from the foundational realm of midrange servers to the forefront of technological innovation. His expertise encompasses Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML).
Dave’s journey reflects a strategic evolution across diverse technological landscapes, highlighting his adeptness in adapting to industry shifts, spearheading transformative initiatives, and harnessing cutting-edge solutions. Leveraging our heritage business and exploring exciting new avenues with ServiceNow, Dave drives Coreio towards new heights of success.
Beyond the boardroom, Dave finds solace in nature as an avid fisherman and tennis enthusiast. His commitment to environmental stewardship is evidenced by his tenure as a board member for Trout Unlimited, where he advocates passionately for freshwater conservation. Dave’s dedication extends to his family, as he coaches all three of his children in various sports. He resides in Toronto with his wife and children, finding balance between professional excellence and personal fulfillment.

Gary Collins is a Business and IT Professional with over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, specializing in Service Delivery, IT Process Management, Client and Relationship Management as well as Project and Portfolio Management, with over 15 years experience working directly with the ServiceNow Platform.
He is leading Service Delivery to help organizations transform their business by optimizing the core capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. From Inception to Value Realization, Gary will work with Clients to ensure their Business needs are met in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. Working collaboratively with the Client, he will leverage strong communication skills across the client organization to keep the client satisfied and drive value throughout their organization, identifying further opportunities for growth and partnership.
Expert in identifying opportunities for organizational efficiencies leveraging the ServiceNow Platform, particularly in ITIL Processes and CMDB Optimization.

With over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, service delivery, and business strategy, Tim brings a proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence. As Director of Managed Services at Coreio, he leads high-performing teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and client-centric IT solutions that align with business objectives and foster long-term success.
Tim’s career includes key leadership roles at CIBC, where he managed enterprise infrastructure teams and led strategic initiatives in end-user technology, virtualization, and IT service management. His deep expertise in IT strategy, vendor management, and business process improvement has made him a trusted leader in the industry.
Prior to his current role, Tim applied his analytical and customer-focused approach in the financial services sector as a mortgage agent, helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes. This unique experience further honed his ability to balance technical excellence with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
A strong advocate for process optimization, customer-focused service, and technology-driven transformation, Tim excels at solving complex challenges, negotiating strategic partnerships, and mentoring teams to achieve exceptional results.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys staying active through hiking, baseball, darts, and poker. He prioritizes family time with his wife and two teenagers, whether exploring new destinations or simply enjoying everyday moments together.

As Director of Advisory Services at Coreio, Sydney is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience spanning diverse technical leadership roles. With a strong foundation in technology, he has excelled in network engineering, systems architecture, and cybersecurity, culminating in his role as a dynamic and strategic leader.
A dedicated mentor and advocate for team development, Sydney thrives on cultivating an environment where creativity and collaboration flourish. By bridging the gap between technical execution and business strategy, Sydney is committed to shaping a secure, innovative, and future-ready IT landscape.
Sydney is an avid chess player, actively involved in sports, and devotes his time to volunteering in his community and giving back. He lives with this wife and two kids on the shores of Lake Huron.

With over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in financial planning, reporting, and operations, Kenneth has built a reputation for improving efficiency, strengthening financial systems, and aligning financial goals with corporate objectives.
He brings a strategic, data-driven approach that helps Coreio optimize performance, guide investment decisions, and scale effectively. His ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights supports smarter internal decisions and more accurate planning and delivery for our clients.

Kinney Mistry joined Coreio in the Spring of 2023. She has over 8 years of experience providing direction with organizational design, talent acquisition, employee engagement and developing strategies + solutions to implement HR initiatives.
As Coreio’s Human Resources Manager, she works closely with the senior leadership team, streamlines internal processes and supports departments with performance management & employee relations. She is passionate about redefining the value that human resources brings to an organization and its employees, as well as create a supportive environment for all.
In her spare time, Kinney enjoys travelling + spending time with family, friends & her dog, Liya. A cup of tea or coffee & a good laugh are an everyday necessity in her books!
