As we approach the anniversary of Coreio’s brand launch this June 28, we thought it would be nice to look back on some of the major Coreio news items from year one.
The new Coreio name and visual identity reflects the company’s strong and diverse management team and increased capabilities as a forward-thinking organization in the new era of IT services. “Our new name – Coreio – is at the core of who we are and what we do,” said David Naiman, President and CEO, Coreio.
“Coreio and Balardo Group have long histories and very complementary outlooks regarding how we conduct our business,” said Wayne Balardo, now Vice President, Advisory Services at Coreio, “Both organizations believe that putting clients first means showing integrity throughout engagements, by providing an honest assessment of their situation and by following through on what we promise. We look forward to carrying on this philosophy as part of Coreio.”
“Chris’ background really epitomizes what our Advisory Services offering is about,” said David Naiman, President and CEO, “giving our clients the opportunity to leverage decades of real world client-side I&O experience to help them make better decisions, developing more impactful strategies, engineer more effective processes and deliver more successfully on the needs of the business they support.”
A major company in the renewable energy industry contracted to retain Coreio to provide Managed IT Services, including full-time request/incident management and onsite bilingual IT support to its Canadian and American offices. “Coreio is very pleased to be working with this company’ North American Operations to support its IT Operations,” said Chief Operating Officer, Rob Muroff. “They recognized in Coreio an experienced, truly client-centric organization that takes our clients’ end users’ productivity and satisfaction very seriously.”
Continuing the Coreio Momentum for our Clients, our Team Members and our Community
As we make great strides in building our services to help our clients, we strive to recognize the contribution of our team members and support the community of which we have been a part for decades. Throughout our first year as Coreio, we honored employees who went above and beyond the call of duty through a quarterly peer nominated recognition program called the EPIC Award.
We also continued the decades-long tradition of supporting our community with our annual United Way campaign. The campaign events inspired our team to give a little to support an amazing charity, which Coreio matches dollar for dollar, raising over $21,000 for the United Way. The highlight of our community support was without a doubt our participation in the annual CN Tower Climb, in which # team members proudly joined in on Team Coreio.
